	Want to get a yummy siggy? Or do you want one of those flashy ID cards? Or are you here to request a graphic? Look no more. MoonFantasy.Com offers free graphic personalization service and we also accept custom requests. However, please be patient when requesting a graphic and make sure that you read the instructions specified below.

Order Form

Our request policy has changed. Please read the following information below before you order a graphic. You have to agree to the following before you proceed.

1. Starting from September 2001, MoonFantasy.Com is only accepting siggy requests, id requests and banner/button personalization service.
2. MoonFantasy.Com is only accepting requests via Message Board. Click on the appropriate forum in the message board to request a graphic.
3. When posting a request in the message board, make sure that you read the instructions carefully. Please answer every question asked. Incomplete forms will be deleted.
4. Please be patient when ordering a graphic! Your order might take 1 to 2 weeks to process, depending on my workload.
5. You may only request 1 siggy and 1 id per-month.
6. Save all images onto your own hard drive. Do not direct link to ANY of the images.
7. Give credits where credits are due!
