: Angelfire is part of Lycos,
a huge internet company. As of current, Angelfire only allowed
personal and non-commercial websites. The long domain name might
be a drawback for users but on the other side, you have a wider
selection of user name to choose from. Angelfire is famous for
its "Gears" add-on. Users can easily add interactive
tools like guestbooks, polls, quizlets, games easily onto their
pages. Angelfire also provides a rich image library where you
can choose from one of their pre-made buttons or images. 50MB
of webspace is also a generous offer.
Angelfire is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. Their
FTP is very reliable and their server is fast. Another drawback
is the pop-up banners which seemed to pop-out on every page, but
it is still tolerable. If you need a huge storage space and are
